My original oils are mostly landscapes and seascapes based on my own
photographs. I
enjoy painting scenes of the Oregon coastline, Northwest mountains, local
scenes, and scenes from photos taken on several trips to Europe and the
British Isles.
My hope is that my art gives the viewer fond memories of familiar places
or sparks a desire to visit a new place.
My other art interests include calligraphy, ceramics,
and china and glass painting. I am pleased I have been able to combine
landscape and calligraphy with the china painting.
